From the moment I walked into the bridal suite on Kate and Colin’s wedding day and was told that Harry Potter had been playing in the background all morning, I knew it was going to be a good day. The girls were laughing and chatting and rushing around pulling out dresses and jewelry, and the guys were getting ready a few floors below with a sink full of beer. At their first look at the Flag Hill Winery, Colin waited for Kate in the La Crescenta vines & when he turned around, his expression was one of surprise and delight. Their ceremony was officiated by family & contained readings from their grandparents, and a friends band played during cocktail hour. The entire day was so joyful and sweet and excited – culminating in the sweetest father daughter dance AND an ice cream sandwich food truck!! I could not have asked for a sweeter and more fun wedding than Kate & Colin’s day and I’m so honored to have witnessed it!! Congratulations, you two!!
