Photographing milestones in my friends lives is THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS JOB. I love being able to witness their proposals, weddings and families. When Mike contacted me about capturing his proposal to Heather, I was like OMG YES PLEASE WHEN WHERE WHAT ARE THE DETAILS. He had a whole plan (props, man) to get her to Lower Falls off the Kancamagus Highway in Albany under the pretense of looking at the fall colors. I’d never been to the area and it’s absolutely gorgeous & I can see why he wanted to propose there! I pretended to be a tourist taking nature photos (I’ve never taken so many photos of leaves ????) and they came down on a separate path. You’ll see he was taking photos of Heather with their sweet puppy Blue and then immediately proposed. SO. GOOD. Congratulations, you two!! I’m so happy that I was there to capture this perfect moment for you!!
